He was released on bail without charge. MTV is staking its brand on a lesser-known one. British actor and comedian Russell Brand will host this year's Video Music Awards. Among other things, Brand recently co-starred in 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall.' MTV hired Brand to be a VJ on one of its British shows after catching his comedy act. He's hosted numerous TV shows and UK event, performed sell-out comedy gigs and even wrote a best-selling memoir.Now Amy Adams' real life is 'Enchanted' too.Her rep says the Oscar-nominated Adams is engaged to fellow actor Darren Degallo.
