You can make the tahini sauce, it is on my falafel video, it's really easy. Or you can make a white sauce or a gravy. If you use tahini sauce, garnish it with fresh parsley, it will look beautiful :)

Dede, I'm planning to make this recipe plus the Batata Harra nxt wk (with other recipes), but don't know what dip/sauces to include. Will the tahini sauce work? Any suggestions?Thanks in advance.
