Agreed drawuin. Unfortunately the corruption is so widespread, so pervasive, that we've been conditioned to it. You could say desensitized. 9/11 was the Perfect Storm for everybody to be force-fed this hawkish foreign policy view that the current administration still insists on, even though the majority of Americans disapprove. It worked initially by using the fear of 9/11 and invoking patriotism, but now it's become an all too real nightmare, and a fraud. I think most people see though it.

Ron Paul thinks like most Americans think and that's why he's hugely popular.. McCain is obviously the pub candidate only because Bush endorsed him.
