i tried land on this airport with Tampa Kai Tak scenery on FSX but it hard . The aircraft i used is a B777-200LR

it was called a igs approach you would flow the glide slope and localizer as normal then make a visual turn to line up with the runway. the big checkerboard was for helping the pilots know when to make the visual turn

because kai tak didnt have an ils approach due to the fact that you had to make a turn before landing, autopilot could screw that up
