Hanna Barbara is one of the best defenitely.... the quality of the shows however few they may be is still high. Its one of the companys that does not rely on CG, wich in retrospect is ok but at least in my opinion traditional animation will always be best.

I grew up on Hanna Barbara, and if I had been watching things like that when I was a kid, I'd be one fucked up adult. It's just lazy animation to try to appeal to teenagers.
