Courts are messed up. My friend of the court worker has written an order that Judge Leo Bowman signed preventing me from getting DOCTOR recommended testing for my child. This is sick.

Thank you Carol for exposing the corruptness. Being a parent who has been there--still is--and watching some of his own children now going through the same biased thing. Its almost like reliving the nightmare over and over again.

What Carol did took a lot of courage, she is a hero. If more people step forward and take a stand in the best interests of our children, the world and society would be a better place. Thanks Dan for documenting this event for all of the rest of the world to learn the truth about children's rights and family law issues. We all need to feel secure that our children's rights are protected by the rule of law worldwide , and countries like Japan are helped out of the dark ages of child abuse.

I am a child of divorced parents and what she was saying may be true in some cases but in my case my father was abusive and i asked my mother to leave him.I told her if she didn't i would run away. My father can't accept that that is what i had said even when he saw the notes i would leave warning my mother. He never has asked my mother ither. When we tell him why we dont want to be around him he doesnt believe it and makes up stories you might have heard yourself.

All educators say that it takes two parents for the children to succeed in life. The state gets two dollars for every dollar spent on keeping families apart. In most cases children without both parents are usually in trouble with the law. Who pays for it? The American taxpayer paying for police enforcement, the judicial system, jail and prisons for children who get into trouble with the law in their lifetime. This will save the taxpayers money by supporting Joint Custody for Fit Parents.
