dude you are so ignorant-rip hamilton, ray allen, dirk nowitzky-are they not all jump shooters that would take an open jump shot before driving? i can name more-If you watch an average nba game theres maybe 3 big dunks and 2 circus shots that go in, and they're probably an attempt for an and1 anyway so they're understandable-45% of the shots are jumpers. Since the 1990s the players are stronger, faster, jumps higher (dont even argue with that cuz its true)so of course people are gonna drive more

This is what's wrong with basketball today: Highlights, dunks, circus shots.No emphasis on the jump shot.The jump shots guys do take are too long. There are just not enough midrange jumpers.How do you think MJ won those rings? Lots of midrange jumpshots ... posting up smaller guards ... sometimes in the low post ... getting to the free throw line ... etc..
