I saw this long, long ago in school, a cheap 16-millimeter version, and it wasn't all that good. But it looks SO much better in color, I really like it now. Thanks for posting!

Pascal was so cute! I love it when he first gets the balloon and still holds it in his mouth until he gets to the bus stop. That always made me laugh.I saw this when I was five and even now that I'm eighteen the memory of this film is burned into my heart forever.

This last aired on the Disney Channel back in October 1994 and on Turner Classic Movies channel. Was introduced to this back in Kindergarten of 1989/90.
