I feel sorry for Jeremy. He experienced religious arrogance from some religious fellows - which is absolutely against biblical faith - that made him pour forth the child's bathwater along with the baby. Those guys that were teasing him just didn't get the point right if at all! Grab yourself a online Bible and check this out: New Testament, Gospel by John, chapter 3, verse 17. Religion and faith are two absolutely different things and do even oppose each other! Galatians, chapter 5, verse 13-18.

Army evangelicals are everywhere. Sometimes they can be really aggressive too. When I first joined I met some and they invited me to a bible study. I soon learned they were holy rollers. You just have to politely tell them you arent interested. Usually they leave you alone and if they don't, you can always go up the chain of command or make an equal opportunity complaint. Going to the news media and filing a lawsuit bucks the chain of command and thats often frowned upon as unprofessional.

ishah, The national anthem of the United States of America does not have the word god anywhere in it! As a matter of fact, the people of the U.S.A back when they were choosing an anthem, picked the national anthem over, god bless america! Because of freedom from religion! You religous zealots think everything is about religion.
