This has to be the best version of Ebben? Ne andrò lontana I've heard. The emotion she puts into it is awesome! And of course her amazing voice helps a tat bit lol.

To be honest: FROM RUMANIA I KNEW MANY FANTASTIC SINGERS! Nicolescu, Zeani, Varady etc. This is the Roma/Sinti culture from all over the balkan which brings good voices out! And not to forget the great Musicians all behind Vienna down to Asia....

Such a mature woman a wonderful Traviata but many times singing in a repertoire which is not for her NEDDAVOICE! Her Nedda has been great it suits her voice....

All this quibbling about "the best" soprano is nonsense. These women are all marvelous singers-and a little sex appeal doesn't hurt except other women and male homosexuals. The best of these sopranos are the ones you've heard last!
