that video was bluddy deadly. I lived for 6 years in Ireland, but not in Dublin, and I never could understand Dublin akcent, but it's very funny for me. Westmeath akcent is more easy to understand. I missed Ireland.

Hey Jesjes1, thanks for the lesson on Dublin slang. I'll be visiting Dublin next month with my daughter. We're really looking forward to it. The education should come in handy. FYI, terms like "gawking" and "brutal" are used similarly here in California. No one uses "deadly" to mean awesome, but again similarly, the word "killer" is used much the same way. A completely unique slang word to San Francisco where we're from is "hella." "She's hella fine!" or "I'm hella tired," etc. Gnarly!
