technically it is. but they made 2 movies (4 eps each, Daemon Rising and My Two Bobs) that turned into the 4th season

he tried to separate himself and glitch using a tear to help win Dot, which resulted in him being... "frozen" in a sense. Glitch separated itself from Bob and brought back all the keytools. so he went back to the web altered state.stealing his code back from Megabyte returned him fully
