yea we have weapons because we are smarter, if it wasn't for technology we would be throwing rocks at other animals and people. i'm not pro-war or anti-war, war is just a part of life, it is similar to brothers fighting only on a large scale. and i was just using the food chain as an example

yeah your right, but i think as humans we try not to be like animals(even though we are defiantly animals. Also i dont think its possible for us to go down on the food chain, no animal on the planet really has anything against guns and bombs, so that really shouldnt be something to bother us, it is however survival of the fittest, i think we created governement and society so we could escape from survival of the fittest though. Without government we would just be anarchy.

here is the problem with your argument humans, all animals are not peaceful creatures. surviving is the main goal of every animal, the food chain is very apparent when you get out into the wild. peace in the world will never be achieved, there are too many cultures that don't mix with one another and they all want to be on top of the food chain if we don't stay on top of the food chain we'll just be pecking at whoever is

sorry, its a great idea, i wish it work but the problem is exactly what sw23ct said, you might be peaceful, but that doesnt exactly mean that someone else is not gonna take advantage of that.

@mirkat, i would fight, but i cant join military for other reasons. and if some suicide bomber shows up at your door, i hope your little "become peaceful" idea works considering hes there to make you into pieces not make peace, duh.like i said, people like you cant be taught, im not a violent person, i said i SUPPORT them. you sit there and complain that war is unfair, yet you seem to forget the thousands who fought and died to give you that right to sit here and complain freely, so save it.

yeah see i think thats what the problem with humanity is, were so damn violent. For what ever reason we think that the only way to solve violence is to become even more violent. My solution is to stop this chain of violence by become peaceful. Easier said then done, its more of a fantasy but we all have to dream sometimes. Either ways if you really believe the right answer is to kill the enemy why dont you do it yourself? You seem very hypercritical to me.

Ive seen children, chopped into pieces back in the days, when i was in Congo...that was when i understood that a War is necessary sometimes.

so if someone invades your country and kill off all your leaders and tell you that you are their slave, you would rather bend over and take it? i really doubt any of those suicide bombers would care about your country's pathetic attempt at "peaceful protesting" if anything thats his primary target, the peaceful bystanders. then again, if you admitt you fail to understand this, then arguing any point with you is talking to a wall, so for the rest of us, ill never fight, but i support those who do
