You are correct. Title 26, Section A, covers Income tax. On the other hand, you are not reading the codified version of it.The income tax has nothing to do with an American citizen living and working in the 50 states for a domestic compensation.As matter of fact, there are no provisions in the codification of Section A for the IRS to perform Liens, Levies, or otherwise confiscate property. The only section of taxes that permits that is E class taxes. IRS works under 'Color of Law'.

Excellent post eklypse0 I applaud you, that is absolutely right. This is just more proof of the corruption by a tyrannical government when they step out of bounds. Unfortunately eklypse0 I feel the majority of Americans don't know the Constitution, so how can they tell when it's being stepped on if they don't know it? :( Every American citizen should know the constitution afterall it is the Contract between "We The People" and the Government,which the government's breaching!!!

Know the your Constitutions by heart! If you have to go to court, require the judge and, if being prosecuted by a government attorney, to answer two questions:Did you take an oath of office to Uphold and Defend the Constitution?Is that oath binding?Getting these two questions on the record makes the constitution binding in the case. Any time they go out of bounds of the constitution, 'Object'!If either of them go out of bounds, it is TREASON and either can be removed from Office.

If they didn't warn you, you should check the Levy/Lein that they filed. Nearly 100% of the time it is signed by the pair of IRS agents that work as a team.Guess what. That isn't a legal Levy/Lein. It has to be signed by a _magistrate_ for it to be legally binding. Otherwise they are operating out of bounds. Your property can not legally be taken from you without due process in a court.But, banks and work places do it all the time, because they don't know it is illegal.
