When people dance around on stage, they give the impression they are producing something they are not. Actually if you just listen and don't watch you realise how boring it is is. Vengerov is the prime example of this...On the other hand Heifetz used to be critisized for not moving and people say he is cold... But actually if you just listen to heifetz, he produces so much emotion...

I agree with OriginalMoonbeam, I´m a musician, and such involuntary movements such as dancing or facial expressions become reflexes, and therefore part of the music and the performance. People should be concerned with appreciating the music, and not on how much performers move on stage. Mozart was know to make quite a spectacle on stage anyways.P.S. She´s cute in any case

For those who have made comments about her "dancing" on stage...I would wager you that she is unaware just as many are unaware of facial movements. Many musicians become near trancelike when they play. Milstein had an almost metronome like quality that he seemed to suppress. Heifetz on the other hand stood like a stone. If it enables her to play like she does I say go for it! I tend to move around myself too, when I practice I PACE the house
