Bobby, as well as being one of all-time fav musicians also shared quite a bit of bravado with Sam in addition to some legendary music and times. And what a connection b/t Sam, Bobby, Lou Rawls, Herb Alpert et al. Here's to the old school.

And since Bobby's sweet guitar playing is on display during his salad days as a session musician for the likes of Aretha, Wicked Wilson Pickett(R.I.P.), Janis Joplin, Ray Charles, Dusty Springfield, Joe Tex, King Curtis, etc........ and Sly's classic "There's A Riot Going On" album, should serve as proof that the 'Womack' is very underrated.
