we booked a 2 week villa holiday with thomson, they failed to tell us a villa was being built next door, we had no apology and thomson would not admit they were in the wrong, i only hope all thomson staff spend £1000s on a holiday and have 2 weeks of hell, then they would become human and not just have customers money off them then the customer turns into shit and is to be treated so, never again!!!

they are crap thomas cook are way better. i went with thomson to dom rep the crew are so rude and the planes are crap. the kids meals are rubbish and the adult meals are worse. you only ever get one free drink and you dont get special check in.

maybe so but...on the 757 it is alot more confortable.The leg room is the same but instead of the 2-4-2 it is a simple 3-3.A lot more comfortable and more efficient too!

they may be 2 inches more legroom in TUIs economy but the seats are not as wise 2-4-2 on a 767 ooch. They can say what they want but the truth is there a scabby charter airline something BA nor virgin is not.

The meals were disgusting when I went to Dominican Republic to be honest..I hate that chef.Hes not that good anyway.
