Passing a non discrimination act to protect gays and not the transgendered is like passing non discrimination legislation which protects those of Asian heritage and not African and then calling it progress. He's not a bad man. He's a good one, but he's a very misguided man who unwittingly loudly betrayed the very principle he advocated.
