considering your conventional forces are a generation behind and filled with alcoholics, I don't think you'd fair well.The only way we wouldn't have Air Dominance is if we ran out of missiles.

Both sides would suffer massive casualties... but think about how we have the best technology in the world on our side. USA vs Russia or China would be a hellish fight (No Nukes used) But I'm confidant that in the end... The U.S. would win.

The Germans in WWII were far more capable than the United States when it came to technology, they were just outnumbered in the end. If we were to fight China today they would have no chance in the air, but Russia might. Russia has a far more advanced air force than China.

America is not the best military in the world ,they have yet to fight against a country with the same capabilities as they do. u.s.a has only fought countries lately with outdate weapons.if the u.s. were to fight russia or china they would never be able to full control of the sky ,and suffer massive casualties.
