!!!!!!!!! thx for putting it spot on !!!!!!!!!!Sheeponmyroof: "Let's face it: the notes are rather trivial, it's all about how you play them"

So what if he stole a riff. Music is made to be played and enjoyed - not to be debated in court, or speculated with....If some local division oldboys band cant find better things to do, (play more music, and make more globalhit riffs) they should be ashamed. In the end ownership of music, and other intellectual property just doesnt make too much sense; informtion, knowledge and expressions are a human good that should not be held back by greed and economy.

Your guitar talents always sucked Gary Moore, and now you also suck as a thief. Its time to give all your money to Juds Gallery, and hit the road. For christ sake - even the lamest boyband wouldnt go that low. You stole an entire solo, a full melody and its storyline. Gimme a break already!

Gary Moore, you are a THIEF. Pay your dues. Or go to jail. You choose. (was sich reimt, ist gut).

When you cover, you have to ask the artist before, or it is stolen.Virgin records have enough money, but not Jud's Gallery!

my opinion is that Jud's Gallery cant demand Moore's money for something he played many many years after, its called a Cover. many people uses the same rythmes in songs and everything so i cant understand jud's gallery's problem ;)its like all of the covers that have been done from the Hendrix songs, i cant think that i would have complained if someone took something from he's songs :)

Parisienne Walkways is from 1978 and Nordrach from 1974! Same roots!

Jud's Gallery played in the 70th as a support act with the Brit Alexis Korner on Tour and could have been heard by Gary Moore. Jud's Gallery won the process! The guitar-solo is stolen from Jürgen Winter's Nordrach. |
