In Kovalam I was staying at the Manaltheeram hotel who defauded me of appoximately £1,000.It's a scam whereby they process a credit card deposit despite you paying in full at the end of your stay. They rely on you not having the will to fight it once you get home and they won't answer any e;mails. I have been fighting to get my money back for almost a year now |
