Ok got the numbers from the site.According to an article in Hot Rod magazine it said. 14 69's,8 68's and 4 70 models. A total of 26. That's right from Hot Rod Magazine so not even half were 68 conversions.

well i never liked teh cahrgers after 1970 they went all wrong and had way weaker engines due to the oil crisis.

Unless you were there you can't say that. I'll ask on the General Lee fan club website and get a definite answer and they made Chargers from 66-78 in 75 they changed body styles that looked like a Cordoba then they made the Charger 2.2 fom 83-87 and are making Chargers currently if you want to be technical about the history of Chargers. |
