Encores! did a concert version of BIRDIE in 2004 with Karen Ziemba as Rosie. Wish I saw it. I thought I read that Casey Nicholaw recreated Gower Champion's Shiner Ballet choreography. Does anyone know if that was true? Really would have loved to have seen Karen do this role!

Our school just finished doing this musical and this scene was the funniest of all! especially because the actors added some hilarious dialogue!

I'm so excited my schools doing Be Bye Birdie for its musical this year and I'm playing Rosie and my choreographer is doing this choreography for me...I'm so excited! All Hail Chita!
