You know what i think..I think they're not doing this because of any human rights situation. I doubt who ever banned them from the olympics cares about iraq and it's human rights. btw on my last comment i meant 'Beijing' not 'Beiging' (commeon mistake) lol!

unbelieveable! Iraq is banned from the olympics because of human rights? Think about where the olympics is being held..Beiging!! And their human rights are amazing aren't they?! (Sarcasm)..that's funny that cause so many people are boycotting the beiging olypics because of lack of human rights which is a long story, but read about it if you can. Unbelieveable!

Gotta disagree w/that one.Anyone who remembers the origins of the 5 hoop emblem that is trademark of Olympics knows full well that criminals attend. Hell, I'll go as far as to say that the current games show that history repeats itself and show that the games are organized by criminals. But your brush is too broad, attending is tantamount to aiding and abetting criminals, not criminal activity mind you, but associating and promoting the criminals themselves. A fine but important distinction.

We Canadians are mostly interested in the winter Olympics which will be hosted by my city Vancouver in 2010. So, as far as the medal (not METAL as dumb shits spell it) count, nobody here is that interested. When the various nations elected China (land of the screaming puppy soup), I doubt very much things were above board - somebody was bribed by somebody as not much in China doesn't involve corruption. It's communist...that's just the way they swing.

hahaha, good point.The chinese have built SAM sites around the stadium to protect from (get this lol...) hijacked airplane terror.not only this, but they are shooting some trippy missiles into the stratosphere to stop it from RAINING.that rain would probably burn off the athletes' skins hahahah.
