Stupid politicians and their word games. Revenue to the federal government is as high as it has ever been. Taxes aren't the issue GOVERNMENT SPENDING IS THE ISSUE. They spend it faster than it can come in.

but I will say this... those that need help, I'll gladly pay taxes and help them out.Those that fucked up and got screwed because they were too stupid to realize you can't live in debt and buy a 250,000 house on a 60,000 salary in California... well tough shit... life is hard and you screwed up... make amends and better your life and MAKE BETTER CHOICES..it's called save money... something young Americans have no fucking clue truly is... and oh boy government daddy can bail me out now!!!

so let's see... middle class people pay around 25.6 percent based on my last statement (make 55,000 per year)... and i'm more low end middle class now a days... when Warren Buffet has to tax like 25 billion dollars and he's taxed around 20 percent annually... uhhh .2*20 is 4 billion in taxes for one guy...and that's not enough?when 30% of Americans make money from taxes because they pay so little or none, then I find this argument extremely communist.

True GWB has screwed us up, but what about the democrats controlling Congress. It's more important to pass bills about beaches than it is to actually discuss how to lower energy costs. In a twist of irony, the republicans are screaming at the democrats for their lack of doing anything when they have control over how energy is currently being produced.McCain, Clinton, and Obama... you can't trust any of them IMO...but if you want $15 per gallon gas, please vote Obama...

Warren Buffett testified on Capital Hill about this very subject - and he was under oath - Warren admitted that he pays less tax his Administration team in Omaha - he said that we need to really think about how we set up a fair tax structure.

obama's tax comment around 30 seconds is a flat out lie... the top ten percent pay 70% of all taxes, and he's saying they are taxed lower than their secretaries...unreal what you believe
