no, he was sold at 10 bucks in the fall of 2006. now he'd run you about 30 bucks unopened on ebay or other online retailers. if i were you, i'd buy the japanese henkei version that just got released a few months back. its about 25 bucks and looks more accurate to the original show. his spoiler is also chromed out gold and he comes with a comic (in japanese though) and i think it just looks better all around. i hate how scalpers jack up prices on older figs but thats just the way it is...
