Counterfeit / Fake Nokia N95 tell tale signs. It is best to obtain a screen-shot of the phone from the seller on ebay before bidding. You may send me the link of your potential purchase through a YouTube message, and I will do my best to ascertain if the phone in question is a fake or not.P.S. I filed a claim with Paypal and was issued a full refund.

lol ^^"next time when you buy something on ebay make sure there's a photograph of the phone"Of course they are too stupid to take a photo of the original n95 ;)

I partially agree with you. But if they make it to look EXACTLY the same, same name, same logo even basic menu feel the same, then it is indeed a rip-off of the original. If they just wanted to make a cheaper nokia n95 (for masses who cant afford real) then why not call it something else? Or put SOMETHING on it to distinguish from others, like a lazer pointer or dual-sim or anything. This way its just like those 25$ Rolex u get offered in street at night. Fake? i think thats the term.
