This is one of those "old school" spirituals. My grandmother use to play this song on her piano when I was little. I like the way he slowed it down and made it his own.

The real story about this video is Rick Rubin had the idea to put it together after Johnny died and he thought because it was going to be realesed after his death that people who knew and loved Johnny should be in it as a sort of tribute and celebrities were lining up to do it so he and the director decided to shoot it in one day and whoever was avilable was welcome to be in the video there were two rules though one was that everyone had to bring their own signature to it and wear black
