Ya know, I think your right. I was looking at some old Ken Curtis stuff the other day and realised the very thing. Don't know who the feller is then.

I don't think that's Ken Curtis. he dont looks like ken and he dont sounds like the famous Ken Curits.

A nice memory. My dad bought us the Disney story album and we played it until it sounded like it was being told alongside logs popping in a campfire. Fess Parker must have had a lot of fun playing both Daniel Boone and Davy Crockett. I know my friends and I sure did. (Wish I still had my coonskin hat!) Thanks for the upload.

It's Ken Curtis, who went on to play festus in Gunsmoke. Who, btw, was from Colorado, not Ken Tuck EE

who is that man with the tennesee kentucky accent i this vid form back in the 50's when this was the mania all over the place and the rest of the signres and fiddle player would like to know if they are still around today like fess is to bad they can not remale it the way fess played it with buddy epein way back in the mid 50's wow was that greaat stuff back then makes me want to go back and try to recapture all of that stuff from back then davy davy crockett king ogf the wild frontier!
