I am from England btw and no what he mean't when he said Berkshire police and of course i know who the FBI are, the only difference it makes with the rest of the country is i am interested in American culture.

this is never gonna be as funny to you all as it was to me . because the English do not have the FBI in their country and won't really care and the Americans have no clue who Berkshire police is. well it is a police base in the north of England. but that's little info i am also fascinated and interested in the FBI and ail lots.
