Same as above, they've got it at Michael's. You could also try finding a Hobby Lobby or Joann's, but most craft stores should have it.

I used to do something like that in High School. I sucked trying to get my t shirt look like a real Nascar shirt. Also after I am done with that I have to iron it before I throw it in the washer. If I dont iron it then the picture has washed away after all the hard work.
