It's the concern of your passengers. Plenty of drivers have been seriously injured, for example, because the passenger behind them wasn't wearing a seatbelt. The force of the collision propels the passenger forward, crushing the person in front.Of course, if you only travel alone in your car, it's your own funeral.

Socialist-liberals and their obsession with CONTROL. You should let the state of New Hampshire know of your seatbelt zealotry. New Hampshire doesn't have a mandatory seat belt law for adult drivers. I'm an adult. Keep your nanny-state concern out of my car. If I do or don't wear a seatbelt, it's none of your concern.

seat belt law...its a terribel law. it incrimantes on our rights as american citizens its our own right to wear one if would like to or not like to just another way big brother can crack down on us.

And we all know accidents happen, instead of trying to put a bandaid on the problem (Seat belts). I say let's try to make the roads a safer place. Accidents happen we all know that, and if people are responsible enough to take responsibility for their own actions and not drive like maniacs then we would have less fatalities caused by car accidents. It's common sense, that's all I'm sayin, So keep that shut the fuck up and buckle up to yourself. If you don't like personal freedom then leave USA.

Hey if you don't want to listen to the wisdom of Ben Franklin, then that is your personal choice. Just like it's my personal choice to wear a seat belt or not. I personally have a friend that was hit from the side by a drunk driver. He was thrown to the passenger side and survived because he wasn't wearing a restraint. If he had been strapped in he would have died. Seat belts DO NOT always save lives.Actually people have had clavicals and pelvic bones crushed causing fatal injuries by seat belts
